Iron man motorized face plate

I would like someone very knowledgeable with coding Arduino, Servos, proximity sensor or IR sensors. I would like to design a motorized Iron Man Faceplate system using two Hitec metal gear servo that uses between 4.8 to 6v. It will use an Arduino Uno w/ Adafruit "Music Maker" MP3 Shield for Arduino w/3W Stereo Amp - v1.0 for sound effects as well as to control the leds eyes in the faceplate . This individual will need to design the circuit layout in detail such as components used , powering servos, white Left and right led array eye of the face plate Arduino w/wave shield . IR sensor . The entire BOM. May require PCB design to streamline design. At the end of the project I would receive the circuit layout able to sketch on a breadboard, BOM, working Arduino code , left and right eye led array pcb Gerber files.
