Hello, The required SMS Sending tool will be develped in C#.Net, it will be a windows desktop application and will use Google Voice to send SMS to a list of contacts loaded. application will be capable of reading the contacts list from any source, e.g. CSV, Text File etc. Tool will be fully responsive fast and multithreaded.
