We have trucks which moves cross countries which means it loads product at one country & offload at another country. We need a software where we can operate this process. We need below scopes to be covered: [login to view URL] Scopes 1 Sending loading order when route is decided 2 Transfer of allowances to driver account 3 Generating purchase order and sending by email 4 GPS lock at border to upload road toll receipt 5 GPS lock at loading depot to upload loading document 6 GPS lock at kigamboni bridge to upload bridge receipt 7 GPS lock at offloading depot to upload offloading documents 8 Generation of invoice & delivery note on spot 9 Generation of variance between budget & actual 10 Generation of P&L per truck/per customer/per location wise 11 Accident notification & GPS lock for uploading police report 12 Insurance Claims and insurance summary 13 Notification of expiry of insurance, patents, transit license etc 14 Tire summary in terms of kms driven, when to rotate the tires in a fleet 15 Uploading driver contracts, customer contracts, insurance policy etc 16 Comparison of fuel used vs fuel burnt vs actuals (using GPS) 17 History of expenses( fuel, tolls, taxes, repairs) 18 Repair sheet & notification for general service 19 Generation of shortage report immediately after offloading & deduction from next transfer of allowance 20 Reports for VAT returns, Salaries, and all government requirements 21 Integration with tally We need report in attached format.
