Create Data base Software

We have a small Pharma Trading company. We procure Medicines from the manufacturer and sell it to whole sellers, then they supply the same to retail outlets. We have sales team (MR's) who visited doctors and generate sales. In all this process, Whole seller provide us Retail outlet wise sales details in TXT and other software based formats. We summarized these reports in excel format to monitor Location-wise and Doctor wise sales pattern and plan sales strategies for future. We need to check every retail counter report and compile the same to doctor wise, of there were more than one retail outlet attached to doctor. Now we are growing rapidly, we need a software in which we can upload received Sales Reports and Extract Retail Outlet wise data as per specified format. In this we assign retail outlet ID under doctor ID & we can get Doctor wise details (Product wise) as well.
