Hi: I can create the Costing Sheet using Excel macros. I have done a similar project for a plumbing company in the past. The user can just click checkbox and enter data into fields. I am able to see multiple lines of description against a Part number but in the individual tabs, there are not many lines against a part number. Hello. I just finished a similar project. I looked at you file, but you need to supply details of exactly which cells need to be copied and the layout of the output. Here is a summary; you will see the relevance to your project. The workbook had 3 tabs that were needed. Data entry, blank labels to be printed, and a template for the labels. I created a form with 5 buttons on it. It opens when the worksheet is opened. Button to automatically go to the empty line at the bottom of the data. Button to auto fill the blank labels with correct data. Button to print the labels. Button to clear the labels. Special button to print a single label. Also keyboard shortcuts for each button action. The button form can be moved around and also closed. There is a button on the data entry page to reopen the form if needed. When the user finishes the data entry, he selects any cell in the row for the label to be printed. Their default is to print 4 labels at a time. The labels included a picture copied from the data entry tab. The picture automatically resizes to fit the region in the label.
