I am well versed in algorithms and can help you in this project. Not only this project but we can be associated for longer term with your other forthcoming projects. Since this is my first project, I am bidding at the lowest possible value, but this does not mean any kind of reduced effort from my side.

The project involves dealing with string (that are actually representation of DNA sequences) and processing them to find Motiffs. We will use a exhaustive search (also called "brute force") to find them. I have a lot of experience with Python and have done a lot of projects like these for university, involving graph, brute-force, DNA sequeces, etc. From the pdf given, I can use my Python skills to create the program and make it run optimally. I can give examples of past projects done in Python or other languages, and other exhaustive search programs created. Also, I speak fluent Portuguse, so If you want I can communicate in English or Portuguese and code in Portuguese so it is easier to understand in Spanish.
