Social Media & Marketing Specialist Full time Position Mon-Sat (Sun if required) Working Hours: 6-8 hours per day Salary INR 20,000 monthly Role & responsibilities: • Develop, implement and manage our social media platform • Prepare and oversee social media content • Measure the success of every social media campaign • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies • Development of brand awareness and online reputation • Content management (including website) • SEO (search engine optimization) • Reputation management • Use social media marketing tools • Ensure content is informative and appealing • Plagiarism free content and marketing • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network • Provide constructive feedback Requirement: • Some experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics • Good understanding of social media KPIs • Familiarity with web design and publishing • Good time-management skills • An ability to consistently exceed targets & expectations • Strong communication skills in English
