100 One-Way backlinks PR3+

Link Builder to provide me with: 100 One-Way, permanent, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR3+ on the same or related theme(dental and dental tourism in Europe). Specific keywords and corresponding URL will be provided. The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods (e.g. from hacked website) Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted or paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. GUIDELINES: * Links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ Pages (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed) Please. * ALL back links must be "dofollow"... All links will be checked * Free one-way manual links, one link per domain * The page must NOT contain more than 10-12 outbound links * URLs must be live as soon as you create them. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * Link page must be search engine friendly * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days * Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement * Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses * Maximum links per week (20) - so its a 5-week project * Sites have to be 1 year old at least * Links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link * I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable * Approximatly 50% of the links must have anchor text with the keywords we will provide (rest of the links will just be URLs) NOT ALLOWED: * NO contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * NO link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, COMMENTS, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, porn sites, pharmacy sites etc. (NO "bad neighborhood" sites) * NO fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing * NO links from "under construction" pages * NO sites which ask for money later * NO use of automated software or bots * NO links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages * NO java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * NO black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY: - Milestone payment every week (after we checked the ~20 weekly links) - We have extensive experience in SEO, and we will check the links before approving the payment. - We will verify that all links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct, the PR of each website. - We will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration or personal profile) and Indexed in Google. Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider. You will need to produce a final report with the following: 1. URL of page where link is located 2. Google PR of the page where my link is located.(click hyperlink) 3. Anchor Text used for the link 4. IP of link page 5. Date link is placed Payment will not be released until you give complete & correct 100 PR3+ links.
