Copy-editing for thesis in the field of Microbiology

Hi there, This is Godric, I am looking for someone who has the microbiological background and is willing to copy-edit my thesis. My supervisor said it is okay if I just submit my thesis like this, but I won't get double A in the end cuz what I wrote does not make the reviewer feel comfortable. Therefore, I am looking for an expert with experience in microbiology to help me with my thesis. But I have some questions: 1. Since I haven't finished revising my Chapter 3, can I send the introduction part first? Once I finish the other chapters, I will send for editing as well. 2. I am not in a hurry but 1-week delivery is preferred. My thesis includes Abstract, Chapter 1 (Introduction), Chapter 2 (research part), Chapter 3 (research part), Chapter 4 (Conclusion and future direction). However, Chapter 2 has been published in a scientific journal, which might not need to be further revised. The rest of contents which need to be copy-edited is around 70 pages (exclude the reference pages). In this case, what is the price for the copy-editing service? 3. In the future, the thesis will be sent to two panels working in the US, they probably are very picky, and won't give anyone A easily. In this case, when someone who wants to revise my thesis, can you also provide some feedback in order to stand a higher chance of getting double A? Last but not the least, I am not a native speaker and I believe there are many grammar issues as well as sentence structure issues. I hope you could help me to improve the overall fluency and quality of the writing, such as correcting grammar,re-writing problematic sentences, re-structuring sentences, to make it error-free and fluent.
