I have eight years experience in the finance industry with 4 years in investment banking and 4 years in small / start-up companies focused on the commercial real estate industry. I began my career at Credit Suisse in London where I was an Loan Originator in the UK team. The loans I originated averaged £20 million with loans up to €675 million. Most loans were asset management loans or had rolling tenant vacancies therefore financing was dependent on the borrower’s business plan particularly as most loans were highly leveraged. Following Credit Suisse, I individually set up a new property fund. In this role I was responsible for developing the investment strategy and business plan. I joined Jubilee Financial Products in 2009 to advise on the setup of a direct property fund. My role included developing the investment strategy and creating marketing material for capital raising. Throughout my career researching and analysing the market and assets were a major component of my role. I have excellent research and analytical skills that I can bring to this role.
