I want a simple NN that Is able to transform a Low Resolution image to high resolution image. The dataset has both type of image, LR, and HR. I'm not interested in very high performance... Instead I need 3 type of NN. 1 By using SCNN approach. 2. By using Variational Autoencoders 3. By using Gan. I will repeat that I'm not interested in very high performance... But what I will see is the difference from the generated image to the HR image. I need only 1 notebook file. Tec. Required: Python, Keras, Tensor Flow. The model used into one step can be used also in the other one. I mean the model used for SCNN can also be integrated into VAR or GAN. I don't want no image preprocessing. But very simple model able to do this job. They are only for presentation purpose

You have the advantage to use know-how box of a whole group rather than just one person which translates to guarantee to get the job done faster and more efficiently. I've done machine learning projects in CNN, RNN networks . Image processing tasks like those for car cameras and also industrial cameras (mainly Python and Cpp), Matlab Optimization and also GUI, etc ... . would u plz provide me some examples that show what kind of input data do I get and what should the output look like ? please NOTE if total effort needed for Project is less than what I thought and suggested, the payout could be also reduced.
