Smart skin management System using AI

Hi I read and understand your requirements. Your idea is good and required computer vision and AI skills for step 2 and AI for step 3. Several research publications and few open source projects for extracting skin (though not exactly for skin but as a feature to decide the bare skin part on the body) are published. In step2 work we need skin detection from photo and classification using AI for skin type based on scientifically available criteria. Although we would recommend to go with AGILE methodology and so your plan of schedule of 24 months may exceed little but success is guaranteed. Gone through the ppt and thanks for English version translation as well. Artificial intelligence on point #3 would be the most important factor here.
