AI and Machine learning

We are looking for a AI and Machine learning solution for our Recruitment CRM. Basically we have a recruitment system (ATS) which has jobs and candidates. We should be able to leverage the vast history of information in our DB to build a ML model that could: a. Automatic matching of candidates to jobs: As soon as we get a job, we should be able to match the right candidate from the data base through skill-set, domain, location proximity, etc. It should be able to parse the CV to be able to search through the CV. It should also extend filters to see candidates who have high success rates in past interviews (data in the database) i. Identifying candidates who have worked with the same client/contact ii. Candidates who have worked on the same domain as required by the client/job b. Predict Candidate moves based on data: Pursue quality candidates who are ready to make a change by gauging their likeliness to move jobs. A candidate has been working on contract jobs, will always have a finish data, close to which he would start looking. The data could be in our system, we can extend to pull in information from social media later. Also If a candidate has gained a new certificate or updated his skillset or has been active on social media (linked in), we should be able to get some reports on such candidates so that we could target them. c. Predict skillset or domain that the next jobs in the market would be: This could be from data from public domain, next gen technology demand, focus areas of large private and government organizations. For example, if the government is planning its spend on investing in building a new hospital in a certain place, there could be jobs in that region and domain in the next 6 months. d. Reverse Marketing: Proactively searching for opportunities for contractors ahead of them finishing their existing contract e. Sentiment Check: This is basically assessing the market rating of the candidate by doing checks such as ABN look up, Credit Ratings, google search on the candidates and any reviews at the forums i. This can be extended to clients ii. Extended to contacts We would like this to be built using Microsoft Technology stack and Azure. Thanks,
