Install a conda virtual environment on ubuntu 18.04 (desktop)

I need a working virtual environment (conda based) on my ubuntu 18.04 desktop with these specs: - name: p36-autokeras-gpu - python 3.6 - autokeras (0.4) - that supports GPU (nvidia RTX 2080 Ti) processing (of autokeras) - depending on correct versions of nvidia cuda and cuDNN (for cuda 10.0) - tensorflow-gpu (as backend) - keras (keras may be installed as [login to view URL], but has to work with GPU) - pandas - numpy - jupyter notebook ( I primarily work in notebook. Lauch with conda jupyter notebook ) - [login to view URL] - seaborn - psutil - humanize - os - GPUtil - talib (probably requires install on os as well) The important part is to get the dependencies and versions correct to make it all work (tensorflow-gpu, keras-gpu, autokeras, cuda (10), cuDNN) I will essentially open a jupyter notebook, import the modules above and test whether autokeras and keras both work with gpu support and whether the modules work. The freelancer that will get the job is expected to open a teamviewer session and create the new conda environment fulfilling the specs above. I am not interested to have a freelancer spend time with a "trial and error" approach. That I have tried and it did not work. I expect you to have tested this on your own machine and then install it on mine rather quickly. Also, I will not negotiate the price with you. What you state is the price that you will get when you're assigned the job. The specs are detailed and clear, so that no unexpected time and cost should occur. In other words, quote your real best price but don't quote low to later want to increase the price. You'll get paid what you quote.
