Help with Building a neural network

Hi, I am a data scientist having experience of 4.5+ years. I have strong concepts of Python, and worked on many NLP and machine learning projects. I have got your requirements. I have done a similar project before in which i used Google Ads campaign data to to train on neural network to predict the success rate. I had implemented feed forward and feed backward.
