Hello, Nice to see another UK freelancer. this can be done in a few different ways, eithre through VBA on the Access Database where you will tell it to export to an exel doc through clicking a button, on an excel doc you could have a button which you click to get the data from the access database, or you could have an excel doc with a live link to the access database, so if anything changes in the database, the excel doc would also change. Hi, So the automation script should be in the excel macro-enabled doc. It will pull data from access database file you will select on a open file dialog window. If only 1 table, we can make it fixed to pull that table, if there are multiple tables in the database, we can set a parameter in the excel so you can select which table you want to get.
