We visit and check the suppliers, and rate them based on my experience of supplier audit/check, because there are so many false companies. 6. Generally we follow and check the production at the beginning stage and inspect the goods, but when the relationship is built and the suppliers' quality is reliable, we do less inspections. Because I have many friends, including some former colleagues or their friends in South China and east China area, sometimes I asked them to check the products for shipment. 7. It depends on the work load and purchasing volume. Generally I charge 5~10% for the purchase amount. But most of the small projects are free because the purchase volume are very small. That's why we call each other as friend (buddy) rather than supplier/agent and customer. 8. It depends on the complexity of the work.
