Write a web server with an ffmpeg (or similar) worker that cuts videos into pieces

This project has two parts: 1) A small worker program that streams public domain videos off of YouTube, and spins up an ffmpeg (or similar) instance that cuts the video into 0.5 second slices. 2) An HTTP server that provides endpoints for adding jobs to the queue and retrieving video slices The API should be something like: POST /split youtubeId="Mn6msl0cB9Y" first=660 end=900 returns: { status: "waiting", id: "Mn6msl0cB9Y-660-900" } GET /jobs/Mn6msl0cB9Y-660-900 returns: { status: "done" } GET /shards/Mn6msl0cB9Y/660 returns an encoded video file of basically 5:30:00 - 5:30:30 of the video.
