Write a search script in php

I am looking for someone to write a php script that takes the following input statement "The zoo will close down on thursday" Then breaks it down, takes the key words i.e zoo, close, down and thrusday and uses it to arrange the following statemnts in the following order. NOTE: The statements below HAVE TO BE IN THE ORDER SHOWN BELOW.
