I'm looking for a web developer to create a booking form which instantly generate a transportation quote based on price and distance calculation. Features: 1. User (client) enter their collection and drop off addresses along with their contact details in an online form. 2. An address search box displays suggested addresses while our customers type to make entering pick up and drop off locations 3. Travel map and travel distances are show on a Google Map to give our customers confidence that the locations are correct 4. System calculates a quotes based on our rates and the driving distance (cost by the kilometre and set prices per distance boundary) 5. Rates can be easily entered and updated from the WordPress dashboard
