Telegram Bot + Tampermonkey script

Would like to create a bot that only read from a group that i agree, and save the "names" that me or other people of the group send him. Save that "names" and highlight this "names" in a certain URL page if appears on it. Will provide BOT access to test, don't have any enviroment to test it, also, will provide an example of the WEBPAGE to see where highlight if name appear on the DB of the bot.
