Dear freelancers, Our company is looking for a part-time technical support person, to assist our clients installing our software widget on their sites. Support will be provided via zendesk interface and our ticketing system. Beyond technical support , you will be required to assist our marketing team (word of mouth and content marketing efforts). This would entail replying on social media, forums, blogs, and so forth. You should be familiar with basic HTML and JavaScript for installing widgets/html code into websites. FTP, and previous web experience is a plus. Most of all , you should be open to learn new things, and to constantly look to develop. We will provide a paid training period. Writing fluency in English is a must. Please indicate your skills when applying and if you are a single person or company. Regardless of the timezone, you must be available during US business hours at least 1 hour.
