I would like to hire someone who is able to build for me a stock screener. The main objective of the project is: Build a webpage which has the ability to filter upon different indicators. What I see as the main steps are: 1. Setup webpage and database to hold data 2. Ability to upload stock price information directly from the webpage 3. Ability to run indicator calculation upon a date range (list of indicators are in excel file) and store in database - do not allow duplicate records (so error out if date range incorrect). 4. On the webpage build the screener which has the ability to filter based upon the indicators which have been created in step 3 and output lower section. In the attached excel there is more details including: a. Sample webpage to look like b. A list of the indicators along with the formulas on how to calculate these In addition to building the above I need to suggest the database and code with which to develop the page in and other development points such as best place to host etc (Scaleway, AWS, Other etc). Please mention 'carrot' when applying.

carrot So basically you are looking for a web portal where you will upload data using file upload. And that that data should be save in db Now you want multiple filter on that data whereas while showcase data you want to do some calculation on data If this is what you are looking for then I have exp in it I will prefer PHP/nodejs, MySql, As its portal may be react/angular for front end. Host we can decide later on as well. Thanks! After discuss we can set the time and cost for this task
