My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the language is c++ under linux. HI, It is not clear whether you want an user interface (UI) for the program or not. I made my estimation for a command line executable program that allows several commands to: add a new list, display lists, add a new item to a list, delete an item from a list, ask for number of items in the list, etc. If you want an UI, the estimation will be different. Also, if you want these services to be available over Ethernet from another PC, it is possible to make it so. Is it supposed to run under Windows, Linux, other OS (Android)?
