Small project management system

Brief description: The project is for creating multiple private instances (each instance in a folder, possibly password protected), where the admin can define pages, and each page holds a "form", where the each form has been custom setup with different fields: content/text and files uploads. Each instance will have unique setups in number of pages and form setup. Details: 1. The admin interface is located in [login to view URL] / -- The admin interface let's you create multiple instances... each instance is located at [login to view URL] 2. As said, the admin lets you create the instance. Each instance can be password protected, the admin decides if it has password, not, and can overwrite the password. There is no password recovery for instances. Password recovery (admin password) can have password recovery. The admin creates an instance. Example: client1 Then the system lets you create "pages". You can add in bulk, delete in bulk, add, edit, delete the pages. Each page can have their own unique name, so "title" of page is needed. 3. Each page can be set multiple elements to fill: Wysiwyg or multiline fields, document upload spaces, Image upload spaces. The admin creates an element by selecting its type, puts a name to it. The admin can add, edit, delete, rename elements. Can also arrange order. 4. When a page is deleted, contents and files of the page deleted should be deleted. When an instance is deleted, contents and files should also be deleted. When you enter a instance as a non-administrator, you can see the list of pages. When you are in a page, you have the elements to fill. You can upload Word Documents, Excel, PDF, images, video files, fill out info, etc. There should be a difference for uploading images, Word Documents, Videos. At least by name. Any file can be uploaded in any of them, but the different type of upload types must exist. The system should allow multiple upload. The user can also delete content uploaded, to replace any file. Users cannot delete pages, instances, elements. They can only modify content uploaded. 5. Admin should be able to LOCK pages. Locking a page means that the user can see the content uploaded, but cannot edit the page. A similar feature should exist to LOCK instance, meaning the whole instance is locked. 6. And the last requirement: Main words appearing in the System, should be able to be translated, like using .po files. So I can have the same application in Spanish.
