Secure User Registration Form w/ SMTP Email Notifier via Plain Text

Hi Freelancers, I am in need of a highly user registration and log-in form (Laravel 5.4 preferred) but I need the registration information emailed to me via SMTP in plain text. E.g., The information gets securely stored within a database when a user registers, but a copy of that information gets emails to me in plain text via SMTP. Aside from that, I need users to be able to log-in as well. Once logged-in I would like all users to see a webpage that is only available to users; meaning, if's nonindexed and unavailable to view if not a user. This webpage should contain a "logout" function and the rest will be some HTML I would like to be able to edit.
