Screen Scraping Application In PHP(repost)

This is the project. 1) Use PHP to scrape the google Adwords ads, Yahoo Search Ads, and MSN ads for different keywords 2x daily. Here is some sample code: [login to view URL] - For each ad, get the ad title, ad text, visible URL, and destination URL - For each destination URL, get all the outgoing links - Store all in the database - For each keyword, get estimated search volume and CPC using Google Adword API, MSN API or Yahoo API. We'll pay for the use of this. 2) Enable searching of the data by keyword, URL of ads, URL in landing pages, etc. Let user click on ads or keywords to "drill" down and see more results. 3) Enable searching by criteria of number of days ads, keywords, or URLs are being used. For example, find all affiliates who are marketing on the word diet and have the same destination URL and have marketed for at least 30 days in a row. Enable automatic alerts for stored searches that email the person. 4) Integrate the public area with [login to view URL] and paypal express checkout for payment (we have all the integration scripts from our other sites) and layout the design nicely. E.g. use public proxy servers to do searches, enable us to buy blocks of IPs and enter them in the admin area or use a service like [login to view URL] (we pay for the IPs). Please estimate time and cost to do. Also, confirm that you can do each item.
