Revamp into Chic Website

My site [login to view URL] I’m currently at the midst of adding more features. Or hopefully it will be revamped overall to have commercial look instead of all fashion php. Lookin chic like [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I’m looking to add additional php feature if need be in future, it depend on the cost of each function you charge. What I need : 1. Free web space. Each member is provided free web space to publish content and update their status (This is already exist in [login to view URL] ) Only revamp to change the appearance of the status update page into beautiful commercial look. 2. E-mail. Members can send e-mails to each other. The Social Networking Sites also send e-mail alerts whenever a member is tagged in a third party post.(if font can be done like [login to view URL], table like [login to view URL]) 3. Front page search for Event or Community – Business /Class – Tutoring/Property Listing Each member gets a unique web address that becomes the identity of that individual or business event/ Class to be tutor/ Property listing. 4. Member can create Event/Class/Property Listing (Search for Class page / Event page / Property page). Members are allowed to create pages where they can post articles or photographs related to a theme. Include photo gallery and thread comment section with profile photo id. 5. Threads the conversation posts in friend’s status update page 6. Forum - Administrators the power to create and organize forums for events/property listing. 7. Allows users to attach files doc/photo to their Class/Event/Property listing page. 8. Blog. Allows members to have a mini blog page, to write about their experiences or other things that usually relate to the topic of concern. 9. Photos, Videos and Files. Being able to see other users through photos and videos of them and community activities is often a tool for strengthening the community. Status update page. 10. Payment page for event/class/property listing. Allow members to collect payment for event/class/property listing. Through bank transfer, paypal or atm card. [login to view URL] page for subscription. Allow members of this site to upgrade from normal to premium and premium to gold membership. (Link bank transfer, paypal, or atm card). Three subscription. 12. Browse and join networks, which are organized into four categories: regions, colleges, workplaces and high schools. (Search for friends in these categories or through event/class/property listing). 13. Revamp the fonts overall and tables, - in profile page, search page, front page, photo gallery, add friend, event/property/class page, message chat page. Privacy setting tab for personal information on profile page for birthday, phone number and address. Just let me know when you can start revamping the site and what feature you able to do and not do.
