Prestashop multistore payment issue

We are making multistore e-shops (based on presashop) . Each shop with different owner . All orders will be delivered from main shop while payments is done in the individual shops. We will set a wholesales prices for shops and shop owners can have their own product selling prices. Main shop will have only shop owners records and no end customer and each shop owner will be linked to shop id (via window in tab customers->shop owners) When any shop’s customer place order and pay , orders which meet two conditions can be processed : 1- Customer already pay 2- Shop owner have enough credit with main shop. Those orders meet these 2 condition will be show in new window called Approved orders under the order tab . This new window will be similar to the orders->orders and it is only accessible by main shop logistic team. An update bottom should be made in this window to refresh the data (as the balance of shop owner will be change after the process of each order) When order done and processed shop owner will be charged based on wholesales price (not retail price) + shipping cost.
