PHP Reports

I am in need of help upgrading a few php reports. I'll put the information below and please let me know if there is any questions before bidding. On the reports that we are currently using I'd like to have you make a copy and change so we can keep using the original. Report 1- We have a report that shows our products below a 4 month inventory supply. I would like a cron job setup so each friday it takes the data on the report and enters it into our mysql database. Also I will need a link to go back and view past data. If the product is completely out of stock then I'd like a date added to the database so we can visually see how long certain products are out of stock. The report is currently under 3 categories and i'd like it to show one 1 page. Report 2- I am in need of a new report that shows how many products in a certain category are produced vs. how many products go out of stock each month. I currently have a report that show how many products are made so you could copy the code and add a date in the db for products that are needed to be made. Report 3- I'd like a new php script that I can put an old lot # and a new lot # and hit replace and it would replace all the old lot #'s records to the new one in a certain database table. Report 4- We have a report that shows locations of the Raw Materials in our warehouse. I'd like to lock the header so when we scroll down it stays on the top of the page. Add a lot comments to the report & also would like to be able to collapse or hide columns when clicked on. Report 5- We have a report that shows how much we have purchased of all our raw materials for the last 3 years. I'd like to add a column for each year that shows how much we actually used in production each year.
