PHP Developer needed

Please read this properly before applying This is my website - https://www.gulugulutest.com. It's collect user profile photo from facebook and generate fun results for user. My website’s page speed is good and I have enough RAM and CUP for targeting lot's of traffic. When I just have made the website in new cloud hosting , its generating that result image properly but after few days , it's getting more slow and then the traffic also getting less. And my hosting provider giving me this alert now - ''Your Linode, has exceeded the notification threshold (90) for CPU Usage by averaging 114.3% for the last 2 hours''. But right now, I don’t even have one third traffic like before. I need someone who can look on this issue and fix it in next few hours. My budget is $50 for this and want someone very expert for this. And you need make sure what the actual problem and also you have to work using teamviewer, I’m really not interested to share log in details. If you are agree on this then apply.
