Need Shopify developer for a quick fix to my theme's code

I need a Shopify developer to help me out with a problem I am having on the product pages of my website. My website is PassionGear.net. If you go to a product page on a mobile device and try to scroll... If you put your thumb anywhere on the product image and try to scroll, it won't scroll. You have to start from outside the product picture to be able to scroll. This is causing people to try to scroll, then refresh the page, try to scroll, then refresh the page, try to scroll again and then they leave. This is obviously hurting conversions. I have been told that this is due to poor coding in the theme and it needs to be re-coded for the scroll to work properly again. Please only apply to this job if you are 100% certain that you will be able to fix this problem. I need this fixed ASAP, and I would be willing to use you again for future projects if you are able to show that you are good with this project. I want to pay less than $50 for this project as it is a very simple task, so please do not bother applying if you are going to quote me over $50.
