Need Help Developing Education Website

Hello, First of all, ill need to ad a checkout & payment method onto the website. Everything needs to look very profesional and needs to be secure. During the payment form a login will need to be created (email & password). Ill talk over all the details in a call with the winning bidder. Next, there needs to be a log in page designed as the one attached below. It needs to be on wordpress so that accounts can also be added manually in case the clients purchase over the phone. All aspects of the account should be editible such as phone number, email, account pic. Once logged in the clients need to go onto a dashboard like the one attached. Over there, they will see their purchased courses. and on the side bar, they will see other courses which they'll be able to click on and purchase. Ill also need help integrating custom form into the website which send direct to my email through php. There also needs to be a simple way for the admin to upload videos and link them to a course.
