Need a database driven website built

I need a website built that will host some dashboards, data and programs. I need the site to be connected to a database that can be added to (right now the data is all in excel) I need user logins with various credentials and access. I have the domain already, but I may need some help with solutions for hosting the site and data. Needs to be user friendly when used with PC and smartphones. This will likely be an ongoing project with just the basic site and simple pages built right now and things added in the future.
