MySQL database work - mostly php code required.

I have had a coder create a database to fetch lotto results for me, which works well, however there were a few things which were not done correctly. I would like these to be completed so I can use the database in a production setting. When the results are fetched it fills Draw number, Results, Sum Total, Booster Ball, A generated number, Hot picks selection and a column for matches. And a timestamp. This all works fine except for a couple of issues, the matches column should match the hot picks from the LAST draw against numbers in THIS draw. Currently it does not. It also was supposed to show the first ball colour and the bonus ball colour, it currently does not. There are 7 colours, blue, red, [login to view URL], green, yellow & orange. I can provide the ball colours by number. In addition, I need a simple php page to automatically show today's results & booster ball, draw 1 on top and draw 2 underneath. With human readable date format (l jS F Y). Headers for each draw such as Lunchtime draw for draw 1 and Teatime draw for draw 2. If today's draw hasn't been completed it will show yesterdays results with yesterdays date. If the first draw has taken place but the second hasn't it can show text such as 'Draw takes place at around 5pm GMT' The php page should also show the following: Hot picks for each draw Matches against each previous draw (lunchtime draw is matched against yesterdays teatime draw, and todays teatime draw against todays lunchtime draw) The sum total of each set of results (excluding bonus ball) First ball colour drawn The booster ball colour Date selection area so I can automatically see the results between two dates, what the sum total for each draw was, the first ball colour for each draw, the bonus ball colour for each and the matches for each, also if the matches actually did match the previous result. The page should look similar to this: Results for XXXX date (today's date UK time) Lunchtime Results Booster 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Total Sum: 21 First ball colour: Green Booster colour: Blue Hot picks: 4,5,6,7 Matched: none Teatime Results Booster 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Total Sum: 21 First ball colour: Green Booster colour: Blue Hot picks: 4,5,6,7 Matched: 4,5,6 Select date range: INPUT BOX to INPUT BOX (ajax date selector would be good here!) That is the first part. This brings me to my second part of the project, mass data entry. I have results from 2012 to present for the draws which contains the date, draw number, main 6 balls drawn and booster. I will need this data (can be provided as csv) to be imported into the database once it is working correctly. It will need to be able to add the sum total of the main 6 balls, first ball colour, bonus ball colour and all of the match data. I think it might be best to run it through a php script to do the extra input work rather than have mysql do it on the fly for server resource means. That way it runs through the php script once and the data is always there rather than generated when required. Your thoughts on this are appreciated. Part three starts once this project is completed. I will require a second project, the next part will be auto posting to my facebook and twitter accounts. I can provide apps for each. And facebook groups where I am a member (must be able to select where I want to post it though!). If you have any input on this part also I would appreciate your input. Please quote for all three parts of the project as a single complete project. I will break your fee into three and use them as milestones. My maximum budget is $60, as most of the work has already been completed by my first coder, there is not much work left to do. Should take no more than a day for a competent coder, but I will set the completion for 7 days.
