Make a wp site with design, and a frontpage form. When consumor have fill out the form, they automatic get a user for the site. Here they can login and see ideas for a new car. When consumor fill out the form, Admin gets a mail with the information. The Admin can find 2-10 different cars and put them into the consumor login site, so they can see. The idea is it gets easyer to find a new car. Consumor fill out the the form with wishies for a new car, and admin fint 2-10 ideas for cars and send them to consumor inside the system
