Magento migration to version 2.0 -- 2

We are running Magento earlier version. We are thinking of migrating to version 2.0 as the backoffice is not user friendly and we are having some issues such as reporting, integration and synchronization with our Vend POS, not being able to see the purchase history of the clients...
