Lan/wifi http Server app

(Desktop development is almost finished , needs a few modification and windows 10 development needs to be completed) Source code for the app will be given once the contact is awarded. Need a server app(windows 10 store and normal windows OS) which hosts a html 5 website on the lan/wifi. The server app should be able host locally stored files on the website which should accessible by any client device which connect to the same lan/wifi using a browser. The client devices should be able view,play,download,upload or modify the files on the website with possibility of client authentication for different user mode like admin,download and upload, view only modes. Server app design: Should have five root folders (Video, Music,Photos,documents,other) and should have advanced option where you can add user accounts for different user modes Website design(client side): Basic html 5 website which can be used to browse, play(in built player), download and upload these files. For further references use the app Easy Wifi transfer (windows phone store) the required app should be an improvement on this app with user authentication and ability to add folder for the server app. The app should be able run on the latest windows 10 store and normal desktop .exe
