I created an app using PhoneGap. It's not published yet in google play / play store. I want to integrate it with a Push Notification. I expect a simple php form where I can add the the title and small description and then press button to send the notification. NO THIRD PARTY PAID PUSH SERVICES. NO OUTDATED PLUGINS. I can code. So I'd like to build this simple script with a freelancer who already have experience in this and I expect a reasonable quotation/bid.

Hi, i see you need help implementing push on your cordova app I can get this done for you , I’m a well seasoned developer with over 10yrs experience, I’ve worked on several phonegap/corodova apps, you can be assured a job well done. So a few things matter, does your app have an online db of users? Cos to send push notifications we need to be able to register their device ids on a server which would initiate the push. Would be great to hear from you. Cheers.
