A free dating website

I would like to build a free dating site using plain PHP/MySQL/Ajax/Javascript without any freeware CMS. I want a very simple dating site. I need the following options: -user registration through facebook, tweeter, google +. -user self editable page that can be private or public with bio, gallery, blog -user messaging with possible status: available, busy. user can only be in relation with one unique friend at the time. If user allow communication from another user, that user has to accept or deny. When user is in communication with another user the status is automatically set to busy until user stop relation. -user can be searchable by others by location and features based on user bio form. -user can control their page layout by css. no html editing or script. So please preview a css option for user. -user has to login once a month or account is cancelled. - admin backend management of user registration and user editing. option to delete account, delete pictures, delete message, block user options or ban user. Options to manage adds: add locations: global, per user type, per page. Coding standard: web standard, html5 separation of code and layout, no table. most stable php and MySQL usage required.
