Fix JS file for web site

I ihave a project that displays weekly data in charts and also key features. All the weekly files are merged to make a "overview" section that presents data in the same way as the weekly data. The data comes from csv files that are changed to json files and features are calculated for each week including the overview. The overview section has a built in downsampler that performs after the features have been generated to give a trimmed down overview the js file currently does not perform these functions correctly, the weekly data is showing features as the same figures for every week including the overview, and the file size appears to cut down the files being converted. The csv files can be downloaded from here [login to view URL] and the js file is uploaded to this project, web gui available on request , but should not be needed.
