I am currently working on a project of converting an excel based fuel management system to a web based php/mysql solution. It's nearly completed. I've worked on another such application which required converting an Excel based Fault reporting system in to a full-fledged web application. I can provide you links for the same. Ideally it would take 20 days to understand and implement the application if all inputs are correctly sorted out along with clearly defined reports.
