develop mobile app base on SDK from third part

Hello, I need to create a pilot for a big an upcoming big project, I want to use Beacons (bluetooth)as a Maping space using Estimote Beacons and visualize your location within it in real-time What need to be do: 1. define 3 Beacons unique id 2. receive position, volume (from sdk).... 3. presenting mobile user located on screen. exactly like sample showing in this link: [login to view URL] 4. we should give in admin (can be one page layout where we can define to each Beacon where we should arrive, using unique id for each Beacon) you should use the SDK that given by Estimote... please review all help that given by them...[login to view URL] 5. we should define between 3 to 5 Beacons, all data unique id, volume etc... so we can use the technology to our project. The project should give me exact look on my screen as I attach live in motion depend on the fast I am walking, the project will be working on my mobile after creating the connection, I will need guide to activate the Beacon to our job, define each beacon. I can promise if you are interesting to do that this is a first part of a bigger job, I need very URGENT solution and in good cost for this Pilot. to make it simple we will have position in indoor 4 or 5 Beacons that we will define and from my laptop I will define each time where I need to go...
