Design changes to my Index

So I wanna relocate a few stuff on my websites Index page I also need to make some design changes to the chart that is found on my Index Currently chart shows prices like this 100.000000000$ i want it to show it like 100.00$ which will make the design smaller for the chart so it can be relocated to a better location on the Index. The chart is also not showing correct order of the currencies so i suppose the API is maybe not syncing properly OR there is a flaw in the design which is most likely the case. Hardest part of this job is probably fixing the Charts Rest is just changing locations. CSS PHP Laravel & VPS is the required skills more or less.
