Create online invoice creator web app

Online invoice generator I need a web app that can generate invoices online with the option to send the invoice through email as PDF or to send it as html (email template) - You must design it. I don't have PSD for the whole site. Design must be fresh and modern (I will give example) - The invoice must be editable online. All of the fields of the invoice must be editable - It must have 3-4 invoice templates. I have the templates in HTML and PSD (so you don't have to design that) - It must autogenerate transaction numbers for every invoice - It must have the option to chose from different currency - It must have the option to save any invoice created with the option to send it or delete it later - It must have the option to upload pictures for items - Response from Google Maps when I add an address in the address field - Option to copy only the html code (email template) after the invoice is generated - Option to send the email though other server (gmail smtp) - It must be password protected (login page), no signup required - All the source code must be made easy for me to upload on other hosting It can be be similar to this [login to view URL] but with my custom fields. It will have around 40 fields for every template. 90% of the fields are the same for every template.
