Create CMS Website For Sales and Scheduling Control

Looking for someone to design a CMS Website, we are a service provider company and require the following features: Leads (Sales Prospects) Managements: Able to add edit leads, show sales rep for each lead, setup a follow up reminder and be able to add notes. Able to Send Txt Reminders for follow up calls Customers: Able to convert leads (Sales Prospects) into Customer (Sales), also able to control who is the sale rep for each customer. Able to add notes to customers, and assign work orders for each customers. Need to be able to choose type of service ordered, and promotions. Since we provide Installations to our customers, and the sales rep is no necessarily the same as the installer we need: Be Able to assign and Schedule jobs for each Installer. Be Able to text Installers once a job has been assigned. Be able to send Txt Message to Sales Rep once job has been scheduled, and once job is completed. Since Our Technicians Carry Inventory for our customers Installs: Able to add equipment to Multiple Warehouses Able to assign equipment to Installers Able to Add equipment Installed by a technician to a customers work order. Also be able to Pay Installers and Sales Rep, control the quantity of installs/sales Be able to create multiple permits and users Aso be able to mark, jobs as completed, paid, equipment added etc Be able to scheduled, customer service calls We will considered Core PHP, or any other CMS such as Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress.
