convert the codes of php from mysql to mssql

We need someone who can change our php project which connects to mysql database. Now we have moved from mysql to mssql and we need to change the codes in php so that it works with our mssql database. We also need to make few changes in jquery. Anyone with high experience of php , mysql , mssql and jquery will be hired. The codes are api for the android , so it should throw the same datas as it is working with mysql and also there are some responsive pages working with mysql, needs to be converted in mssql . Database for mssql is already done. So only need to change codes in php to work with mssql database without error. Please do not bid more than 80 USD , because its not that big of a work. I hired someone before to do this work and that guy didn't finish the work. So lets say I have a half done work on mssql already. If you can fix it , its better. Do not have to work from scratch.
