Codeigniter script changes

I have an existing php, mysql and codigniter code that requires some small changes as follows: 1) Need to add a way for me to add Customers and Lists (inside each Customer) via the left side menu. The way I envision it is that I will see a Customers link on the left side menu with a + icon. When the + icon is clicked it will display a one field form on the right side of the page that will say Add New Customer. In this field I will enter the name of the new customer. Then once I'm inside a customer I will see a Lists + link. When I click the Links + link it will display a one field form on the right side of the page saying Add New List. When I enter a name for a new list this name will be displayed on the left side under the customer name. When I click on a list it will display a specific page with an empty (default table) 2) Once 1) is created, I need to add a function so that I can copy contact information from the main list into these customer lists. Basically on the main list I will select with a checkbox all those contacts needed and then will click a Copy button. This action will prompt me to select a Customer and then the List where I want these contacts to be copied. 3) Add a ready to use code in the main list that will allow to verify the validity of the email addresses used 4) Add a function called Add New Company. This will basically display a form with 3-4 needed fields that will allow me to manually input new Companies in the DB.
