1. Promotion Management : · Deal of the Week, Deal of the Month, Best Buys, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, Wow Deals, Special Offers, Only @ eStore, all this offers should be easy to enable/disable for the respective countries whenever required. If we disable in Kuwait then it should not reflect in any other countries. · There should be flexibility to enable/disable free shipping for the respective promotion for the respective countries. · Free shipping should be enabled for single product without the promo code. · Promo code should be available for full cart & also for the single products. · Icons to add for the respective promotions over the product landing page. 2. Product Management : · Easy to upload the products in bulk & in single items · Flexibility to Enable/Disable products for respective countries 3. Search Function : · Search function should be similar to as we have in the live site 4. Content Management : · Flexibility to edit the content for the different countries both in English & Arabic language. (Eg: Top header text, free shipping, free gift with purchase, terms & condition, footer content, privacy policy etc. will different for different country) 5. Blog : · Flexibility to add testimonials, comments from the admin side in the CMS 6. Dashboard : · Most searched items · Most viewed products · No of conversions · No of Units sold · No of add to cart · Sales report for past 4 months · Sales report for the respective countries 7. Catalog Page : · Design should be same as the live site · When mouse over the products in the category then Add to cart & Checkout should pop up as it is there in the live site · Option to add the product reviews from the admin side for all the products · Initially reviews, testimonials, customer shipping feedback, blog comments should not appear on the page unless admin approve it. 8. Inventory Management : · Total no of quantity for each products · No of units sold for each products · Option to add min & max quantity, so that when threshold value is min then we should get automatic mail with the quantity. · When inventory is updated then the automatic mail should go for the customer if they have selected option to notify when product back in stock · Download the inventory based on the category (Envogue, Ethnic Chic, Home Fragrances) 9. Checkout Page : · Add guest login · Free Gift With Purchase message should appear only if the cart value is less than 500 AED. · Should be easy process. · Promotional discount should appear only if there is discount, as of now even though if don’t have the discount it will display as zero. · Reduce the spacing. 10. Images : · Images, banners, category page banner, top menu images should be flexible to add for different countries. · Enable/disable option should be provided, when enabling the images for the one country should not reflect to others 11. Home Page : · Footer background color should be same as main menu color · Below the main banner, the section with FWGP, COD, Free Shipping over 250 AED same backdrop should appear in the footer section of the 4 icons · Editing option should be there for each section in home page Note : existing database (Sales record, customer DB, purchased DB, newsletter subscription, testimonials, product reviews) should be uploaded to the new CMS before we go live with the site.
