Build a website

I need a website, similar to this one: [login to view URL] I will need to have access to the full content management system and a source code Steps happening on the website: - For coaches, they need to create basic profile, upload any certifications they have (I will give you the exact list of input data, but will not be much), they will need to accept T&Cs (WIP now), then upload their video with their intro and once approved, they will enter into data base. They will need to indicate hourly rate (as a number, not a range) as well. Teacher will have a chance to have a one-to-one call or to organize a Webinar (maybe also meet F2F). Teacher has a flexibility to make class 45 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or any other duration, charge is proportionate to the hourly rate. - For students, they indicate their interest and contact details and will be notified later that the website is opened with so many coaches of interest for them. - When the database is open, students can find teachers, view profile, write a message or request a trial lesson. Once the teacher accepts, the student can pays for the trial lesson and their communication details are opened to each other. Payment goes to the website and once the lesson is finished, there is an automatic trigger to the student to confirm the class has happened. Once confirmed, the money (minus commission) are transferred to the coach. - Student will select a coach based on language spoken and capabilities, can be ranked based on rating, number of classes or price (same as on Preply). - Scheduling is of course part of the website - teacher indicated times he is available and student can select it. There needs to be an option which teacher can select automatic 5-10-15-30 min breaks before and / or after a scheduled lesson, so that noone else can block that time. - Teacher should be able to temporarily hide his profile if he has no capacity. - You can imagine that all this is accompanied with a email notifications sent to them to "Confirm", "Accept", etc - has to be very clean and straightforward. - Important: the system has to capture a message where contact details are exchanged. In this case the teacher / student will be blocked. - Once the student and teacher start the communication, price for this student is fixed unless mutually agreed (teacher cannot just increase it for this specific student, though he can change it for new students) - Students can prepay 1-5-10 sessions (with getting a discount) but for the webinars they can enrol on case by case basis. - Notifications on webinars will be sent in emails to those interested in the topic. - There should be an option to give money back to student if the class did not happen and the teacher is not available for rescheduling (under certain T&Cs), so not automatic. - It has to support few main languages (Latin and Cyrillic alphabet for now) I will need an additional proposal for an SEO / SEA package and site management proposal
